Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS

For 2nd Day Air and Overnight shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. CT to be shipped the same day. Packages will be shipped and delivered Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. noon Central Time on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. During peak holiday periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. Once an order has been processed, actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Isavela Enterpries Inc. is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside its control, including but not limited to disruptions to the UPS or USPS networks. Under any circumstance, Isavela Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Second Day and Next Day shipping services are not available for certain remote destinations.

UPS works on standard business days (Monday-Friday), and do not deliver on Saturday (unless Saturday delivery is specified.) Please do not include the day that your package ships when calculating delivery days in transit.

Packages must be processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery. The shipper pays extra for Saturday Delivery. Note: If the shipper sends a UPS 2nd Day Air package on Thursday, it will be delivered on Monday – unless Saturday Delivery is specified.

 

  We try our best to send the same day, but there are no guarantees.

Weekends and Holidays: 

Weekends and holidays are not included in shipping and transit time. The following holidays will affect shipping: 

    • January 2, Observed for New Year’s Day
    • May 29, Memorial Day
    • July 4, Independence Day
    • September 4, Labor Day 
    • November 23, Thanksgiving Day
    • December 25, Observed for Christmas Day
