Glute-Lifting Technology
Your Recovery Journey
Your body needs different levels of support as you heal. We have designed our glute-lifting garments to transition with you from surgery day to your final reveal.
Stage 1: Initial Healing (Weeks 1-2)
Focuses on maximum compression for the sculpted areas while protecting the enhanced glutes.
- Side Zippers & Hooks: Designed for easy dressing so you do not have to strain or pull the garment over tender areas.
- Multiple Style Options: Whether you choose a high-back bodysuit or a targeted waist girdle, our Stage 1 garments focus on stability and ease of use.
- Targeted Protection: Choose from an open-buttock design for maximum projection or a closed-buttock design that uses a thin, lightweight fabric to avoid flattening your results.
Stage 2: Sculpting & Support (Weeks 2–8)
As swelling subsides, Stage 2 provides a smoother fit that is perfect for returning to your daily routine.
- Seamless Pull-On Style: No zippers or hardware, making the garment virtually invisible under your everyday clothes.
- Gentle Contouring: Provides steady pressure to your newly sculpted areas while allowing your glutes to settle into their natural, enhanced shape.
- All-Day Mobility: A soft, flexible design that moves with you as you return to work and light activity.
RECOVERY ESSENTIALS
Enhance your comfort and results with these surgeon-recommended tools:
Booty Pillow

Lumbar Board
Specifically designed to fit the curve of your lower back. It provides the consistent compression to prevent fluid buildup.
Scar Treatment
Medical-grade formula to help soften, flatten, and fade incision marks once they are fully closed. The Perfect Fit for Your New Silhouette
Right sizing is the key to effective compression. View our guide to ensure your garment provides the support you need.
Care & Hygiene Tips
We recommend having two garments available. Since compression must be worn 24/7, this ensures you are never without support while one garment is being washed.
Your body will experience natural changes in volume during recovery. We recommend measuring based on your current ribcage size and consulting our specialized size guide. Our adjustable front-closures are specifically designed to accommodate these shifts.
To preserve the silver treatment and the 55/45 fabric stretch, hand wash or use a delicate cycle with cold water. Always air dry.
For blood stains, soak the garment in 2 to 3 gallons of cold water with 1/2 cup of peroxide for 30 minutes before following normal wash steps.
