General Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Strict Hygiene Standard: Worn, altered, stained, washed, or odorous items are not accepted. Credit will not be issued for products that do not meet these medical hygiene requirements.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account on our website.
- Click the profile icon or go to our Returns Page to submit a return request.
- Enter your email address, check your inbox for a verification code, and log in.
- Locate your order, select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Request Form by email.
- Print and include this form inside your package, and ship using a carrier of your choice.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
