Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and all items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
I ordered small and medium. Neither will stay on. The top slides forward. I’d recommend a redesign to give support on the back of head so the top doesn’t fall forward. I also hate it that my ears are covered. It makes it hard to work with it on or hear the baby cry at night.
