I used Isavela wide face bands (aka jaw bra, LOL) for my original neck lift surgery in July 2019 and the minor revision surgery I just had in March 2020. Most of the one-size fits all are quite tiny, the first one I tried was so tight with no adjustment it gave me a migraine within an hour. The Isavela has a wide range of adjustment fits all sizes up through someone like me, a male who wears an XL size hat.Very good quality and fit. Another nice feature is you may not even need the front to back straps, which Velcro on separately. When the wider band is snug, it fits under my jaw then around the top of my head and stays in place just fine, even while I'm sleeping.Tip: Once you get the adjustment where you want it, slip the device on and off, instead of opening the velcro, and the strap will last much longer when you aren't putting as much wear and tear on the Velcro.
