This past Saturday, our Isavela Team had the privilege of participating in the Texas Oncology Foundation 13th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Run/Walk in McAllen, TX. We were honored to be a sponsor for such an important cause—and even more grateful to share the day with so many incredible people.
A Day Filled with Community and Hope
The atmosphere at the event was truly inspiring. Over 1,800 participants came together in support of breast cancer patients, survivors, and families. The energy was uplifting, with runners, walkers, and supporters filling the streets with positivity, determination, and encouragement.
Our team had a wonderful time meeting participants, connecting with the community, and showing our support for a cause that’s close to so many hearts.
Why This Event Matters
As a company that works closely with post-surgical recovery, we know the challenges patients face after breast cancer procedures. That’s why being part of an event like this is so meaningful—it goes beyond just running or walking. It’s about raising awareness, honoring survivors, and supporting ongoing care and research.
