We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and all items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Final sale items, Biodermis products, lipo foam, stabilizers, binders, 4XL/5XL garments, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Hand-wash in cold water using a mild fabric wash. Do not use bleach. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drip dry.
For stain removal: Soak the garment in 2 to 3 gallons of cold water and 1/2 cup of peroxide for 30 minutes. Once the above steps are complete, follow our normal care instructions. If necessary, repeat steps.
