About Second Stage Garments
Designed for 2–8+ weeks post-op, second stage garments provide continued support as swelling decreases. With no zippers and a smoother silhouette, they’re made to wear discreetly under clothing while promoting circulation and comfort during your return to full activity.
As you move into this next phase of healing, your body is ready for support that feels a bit more flexible. Our Stage 2 garments are zipper-free and designed to be pulled on just like your favorite leggings, giving you a smooth fit that stays hidden under your everyday clothes. This gentle compression continues to shape your results and manage any lingering swelling, giving you the confidence to get back to your normal routine while feeling completely comfortable.

I ordered the exact size I needed for stage 2 compression. Was no where near the same garment. I usually never say negative but I think you need to know.
Hi Kathy, thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear the fit wasn't what you expected!
We always encourage our customers to check our specific size guide for the best fit, as Sono Bello garments are designed to fit differently than Isavela's. We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your recovery, please reach out to us so we can help you find your perfect fit!
Loved the comfort and snug but easy fit. Only issue is the center lined seam across the center of the breasts does not look right under t-shirt or fitted top. My previous garments did not have the thick seam across the center of the breasts.
Perfect option for a compression garment true to size.
Thanks, Jen! We're so glad to hear the fit was just right and that you’re happy with your garment.
I was provided with a 2nd MEDIUM size compression garment when I got tummy tuck. You only get two (2) garments. I've shrunk since & have ordered a SMALL out of my pocket. I ordered from the same company the Dr's office orders from. However, the girdle I got is not the same style as the 2nd one provided by the Dr's office. This compression girdle I bought has 2 layers of material, and it makes it hard for me to move in, is very hot, & I feel very constricted. It's not a "single-ply", if you will, like the one provided by the Dr's office. There is a seam that goes across the bustline and that area is also very small, like for people with small or regular-sized breasts. The fit altogether is very wonky. It is also tight around the legs. My thighs are a bit on the skinny side and the elastic around hurts my thighs. I have to button the hook & eye area to the 1st row, and even that is tight. If you are one with normal or thicker thighs, this will choke your skin. It also hurts around the crotch area, making indentations on the skin and redness and makes it itch. Bottom line, I hate this style of girdle!! It's awful.
Hi Connie, thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry this style felt uncomfortable. Different designs offer different levels of compression, and your input is very helpful for improving comfort and fit.
The bra area isn't a good fit. Please redo and remove seams in bra area.
Thanks for your feedback, Jennifer! We hear you—and we're actively working on redesigning the bra area to remove those seams. Your input helps us improve!
