Your Recovery Journey
Your body changes as the internal muscle repair stabilizes and swelling subsides. We provide targeted support for every phase of your transformation.
Structural Support (Weeks 1-2)
Focuses on protecting your incision and supporting your newly tightened abdominal wall.
- Side Zippers & Hooks: Allows you to "step into" the garment and fasten it without having to bend or strain your midsection.
- Incision Protection: Firm, flat panels provide uniform pressure to help the skin adhere and reduce the risk of seromas (fluid pockets).
- Drain Management: Designed with enough flexibility to comfortably accommodate surgical drains.
Refinement & Mobility (Weeks 2-8)
As you begin to stand straighter and move more, Stage 2 provides a smoother, more natural fit.
- Seamless Pull-On Style: No hardware or zippers, which prevents any painful "digging" into your maturing incision line.
- Waist Contouring: Steady, lighter pressure that helps define your new waistline as the deep tissue swelling goes down.
- All-Day Comfort: Soft enough for returning to work, while providing the core support your muscles still need.
RECOVERY ESSENTIALS
Tools to enhance your comfort and results
Ad Board (The "Tabla")
A must-have for Tummy Tucks. It provides a flat, firm surface that prevents the garment from "rolling" or creating creases in your skin.
Lipo Foam
Perfect for adding a layer of soft padding between your incision and the garment for extra comfort.
Scar Gel Creams
Formulated to be massaged over the incision line once closed to help soften, flatten, and fade the the scar. The Perfect Fit for Your New Silhouette
Right sizing is the key to effective compression. View our guide to ensure your garment provides the support you need.
Care & Hygiene Tips
We recommend having two garments available. Since compression must be worn 24/7, this ensures you are never without support while one garment is being washed.
Your body will experience natural changes in volume during recovery. We recommend measuring based on your current ribcage size and consulting our specialized size guide. Our adjustable front-closures are specifically designed to accommodate these shifts.
To preserve the silver treatment and the 55/45 fabric stretch, hand wash or use a delicate cycle with cold water. Always air dry.
For blood stains, soak the garment in 2 to 3 gallons of cold water with 1/2 cup of peroxide for 30 minutes before following normal wash steps.
