We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your item. For approval, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Must include the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at returns@isavela.com to process your return. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported immediately upon receipt. We do not accept returns for lipofoam, Pro-Sil, Episof, Epirepair, stabilizers, binders, sale items, custom garments, or gift cards. Exchanges are facilitated through a separate purchase. Hand-wash in cold water using a mild fabric wash. Do not use bleach. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drip dry.

For stain removal: Soak the garment in 2 to 3 gallons of cold water and 1/2 cup of peroxide for 30 minutes. Once the above steps are complete, follow our normal care instructions. If necessary, repeat steps.
