The fabric feel is great, just like all of their other products. However—not great if you are petite or have a short torso/short under-bust to pubic bone measurement. I am 5’7” and 145 lbs, and have a 9” under-best to pubic bone measurement. When I put this on, I had at least 4 inches of compression fabric at the top that I could not zip or that I had to fold over. Wearing it lower on my thighs was uncomfortable and it rode up. To be clear, I don’t think there are any compression garments out there that would fit my measurements (included below). But I do recommend one Isavela garment at the bottom of this review.
My swelling went down at week one post “mommy makeover”, so I bought the Large as my doctor-provided bodysuit was too big and wanted something without thigh coverage.
Unfortunately there are no torso measurements for the garments. I have a VERY short torso for my height and apple body, and no real butt or much thigh to speak of. I fit just into the XL range for waist (33”), M/L for bust (32”) and M in all other measurements (38” hip), so I got a Large. The large worked fine worked fine with my 33” waist but a little loose for my thighs and not enough snugness for my 38” hips. I couldn’t wear it properly but my bust measurement (32”) would have fit according to the chart.
This was a bust for me, but I HIGHLY recommend the “Mid-Thigh Compression Bodysuit w/Separating Zippers (BS03-SZ)” for short torso/apple body gals—there is more compression on the hips near the abdominoplasty incision. Having a short torso isn’t as much of an issue because you can just wear it lower on your body to keep the top below your breast-lift or augmentation incisions.

I ordered a medium according to size chart and because I have another Isavela compression garment that is a medium and it fits perfectly. Because it is a snap bottom brief vs a thigh length garment, the torso length is about 2-3” long. I’m 5’ 2” and about 125 lbs. I reached out to customer service to see if a small was shorter in the body and they replied that they only have the measurements that are available online. So now I have 2 options, exchange for a small and gamble or return with paying restock and shipping. The product looks well made and is soft, but not meant for a petite height person.
