About Second Stage Garments
Designed for 2–8+ weeks post-op, second stage garments provide continued support as swelling decreases. With no zippers and a smoother silhouette, they’re made to wear discreetly under clothing while promoting circulation and comfort during your return to full activity.
As you move into this next phase of healing, your body is ready for support that feels a bit more flexible. Our Stage 2 garments are zipper-free and designed to be pulled on just like your favorite leggings, giving you a smooth fit that stays hidden under your everyday clothes. This gentle compression continues to shape your results and manage any lingering swelling, giving you the confidence to get back to your normal routine while feeling completely comfortable.

Good for compression not shaping however
Please make the torso longer. I purchased this one in a small and it fit perfectly. It was very comfortable, but I when I was ready to size down the torso is super short. The bra part does not even go up my breast. It hits right at the bottom, unfortunately I’m still wearing it like that cause it’s the only comfortable garment that I’ve found but please make the torso longer. Also, I agree with everybody else’s review the line in front of the breast area has to be removed.
Thank you for your feedback, Kathy. We’re glad the garment has been comfortable for you. We hear you on the torso length, and just to share, the breast seam has been removed from our updated design. We’re still phasing out older inventory, but no new garments are being made without that seam.
I love this, compression where it’s needed after surgery. The one thing that didn’t fit was the bra, too small
I absolutely love this compression garment! It provides excellent support and helps with my recovery while still being super comfortable to wear all day. The material is soft yet firm in all the right places, and what I love most is how it’s hardly noticeable under my clothing. It gives a smooth, seamless look without any bulk — I honestly forget I have it on sometimes! Highly recommend.
Thank you, Radina! We're so glad to hear you love your garment and feel comfortable wearing it all day. It’s always our goal to make compression feel natural and easy to wear!
I found that this is the least comfortable and hardest to get on. If I hadn't already worn it I would have returned it.
Thanks for the feedback, Leslie. Sorry to hear this style felt uncomfortable, compression garments can be tricky to put on at first. We appreciate you giving it a try.
This is the second garment I have ordered directly from Isavela, as I have had to size down due to reduced swelling as I healed from my surgery. Though the first garment's (Black, Mid Thigh, Large) built-in bra fit perfectly, the second garment (Beige, Mid Thigh, Medium) did not. The bra was so undersized that the friction caused irritation on my nipples from rubbing, and I could not wear it under fit garments unless I wanted to show off four boobs. The bra is just too small in the medium size. I'm sure medium must be a common size for both small and large-breasted women, therefore, it would be a better idea to offer a medium "plus" size for women with a bra size bigger than a B cup. These garments are just too expensive to have them not fit comfortably, especially when patients must be in garments 24/7 and lack the time to return them and wait for a better fit.
Thank you for your honest feedback, Dhonni. We’re so sorry this garment didn’t fit as comfortably as your first one. We really appreciate your suggestion about offering a medium plus option for fuller busts, that’s helpful insight we’ll share with our design team.
